Polarity

Everything has a pole and thus a polar opposite. Hot and cold are degrees of temperature. The opposite of love is hate, the opposite of health is illness, an opposite of abundance is poverty or lack. If you have one, there is also the potential of having the opposite of it. Everything is a question of degree. Polarity means opposites. Every area of your life can be represented with a pole that has a lever. Where the lever is situated, determines how you feel about the situation.

Imagine a pole or ladder in your mind. At the top of the pole or ladder is prosperity and at the bottom of it is poverty. In between, there are various states or degrees of poverty and prosperity. Similarly, there are poles for love, health, spirituality, and every other area of your life.

Here is how you use polarity. If you feel you have enough money and are financially secure and happy, then your lever is fixed at the prosperous top of the money pole. Congratulations! However, if you feel unhappy regarding finances, then you are somewhere down on the money pole and need to move up. Mentally move your lever up, up the pole of prosperity and notice how you feel and the money opportunities that show up for you.

It is the same for all other areas of your life. Assess how you feel because that will determine where you are on the mental pole of that area.  If you feel lonely, you are down on the love/relationship pole and have to push the lever up. You can also imagine yourself climbing up the ladder of love in your mind. This is how you can use visualization. Do the same for your money pole, your health pole, your career pole, and your spirituality pole (if you wish to have one). Try to be as high as possible on all poles as it is believable for you. Whenever you feel low about your relationship/s, finances, health, etc., imagine the pole of that area and push the lever up. Then notice and pay gratitude for the changes. Do   this exercise every day. Push all the levers up in your mind. 

You can also make a colourful chart representing your poles and represent the levers being on top. This also becomes a simple, creative ritual because it uses all your senses. Have fun and stay on top!
